Design/Build Services:

We are prepared to offer Design/Build

Services on a variety of levels.   We designed a New Food Services Building  for the State of Michigan

(at Western Wayne Correctional Facility)

as well as New Storage Buildings for Wayne County.  We have also provided Design/Build

services to various clients for minor renovation

work (including Archdiocese of Detroit

and Sacred Heart Seminary).

Green Building Services:

In 2009 - we joined the U.S. Green Building

Council - "The nation's foremost coalition of leaders

working to transform the way buildings and communities

are designed, built and operated, enabling an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy, and prosperous environment that improves the quality of life."
